From Friday, Sept. 16 through Sunday, Sept. 18, 20 people were arrested by deputies with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station and officers with the California Highway Patrol Newhall Area Office, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. This was a slight decrease from last weekend's 22 arrests made.  About 55 percent of the arrests were for DUI including one with priors with a bail amount of $5,000, according to booking logs.  Three additional felony arrests that made the log were, two domestic violence, and one for vandalism.
